Position Description: We are looking for an Entry Level Engineer to join our ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our Dallas/Fort Worth office. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, and 0 to 6 years of experience in designing natural gas projects. Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorks preferred. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include: Design various natural gas transmission and distribution projects, including pipeline, meter stations, and other facilities Prepare design reports and construction plans using client, local, state or other applicable standards. Coordinate preparation of specifications and permit submittals Prepare preliminary project cost estimates and evaluate quantities Document design changes and communications Conduct on-site observations as needed Prepare project status and other reports Assist in the preparation of proposals Assist Project Managers as needed Attend client, public, project and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc. Attend seminars and/or training classes Maintain excellent client relations Maintain a safe working environment Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering required Skills/Experience: Zero to six years of experience designing natural gas projects Familiarity with MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and CADWorks is preferred About Wade Trim: Wade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
