Job Description Job Description Talent Corps is seeking a highly
skilled Fine Metal Fabricator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This
is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term potential for the
right candidate. The ideal applicant is experienced in precision
metalworking, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a
detail-driven environment. This role focuses on creating custom
architectural pieces, decorative metalwork, precision assemblies,
and restoration projects requiring exceptional quality and
artistry. Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Assembly Read and
interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
Cut, form, weld, and finish metal components using stainless steel,
brass, copper, aluminum, and other materials. Assemble fine metal
parts with tight tolerances and high aesthetic standards. Perform
TIG/MIG welding, soldering, brazing, and mechanical fastening as
required. Finishing & Quality Control Polish, grind, and finish
metal surfaces to meet design specifications. Inspect completed
work for alignment, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy.
Ensure all products meet company and client quality standards.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance Safely operate fabrication
equipment including shears, brakes, rollers, grinders, and welders.
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration checks on tools and
machinery. Design Collaboration Work closely with designers,
engineers, and clients to achieve project goals. Recommend
improvements in fabrication methods, materials, and finishing
processes. Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean and organized
workspace. Follow all safety procedures and occupational health
regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a metal
fabricator, preferably in fine metalwork, custom fabrication, or
artistic metal design. Strong knowledge of metal properties,
fabrication techniques, and finishing methods. Ability to read and
interpret detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in TIG and/or MIG welding and metal forming.
Familiarity with CAD software or CNC machinery is a plus. Excellent
manual dexterity, precision, and creativity. High school diploma or
equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship
preferred. Background friendly and must be able to pass a drug
