Products Department empowers people to deliver innovative,

airborne Radar and Jammer solutions throughout the full product
lifecycle while remaining accountable for program execution cost,

end- users. As a Production Support/Electrical Engineer II , you
will be part of a team of highly talented engineers that work on
highly complex Radar and Jammer products and test sets for the Next
Generation Jammer program. You will be working as a member of a
production support team and under the guidance of an Integrated
Product Team (IPT) Lead in McKinney, Texas. What You Will Do:
Managing component obsolescence identification and mitigation
Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card
assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include
analog/digital/RF/power circuitry and interfaces. Work in a team
environment to ensure the production and sustainment timelines are
maintained. Analysis of test data of products to make sure test
specifications are met. Reading and interpreting and applying
engineering drawings, including assembly drawings, parts lists,
wire lists, and schematics. This position requires daily on-site
support and is not open to remote work possibilities Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science,
Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) A minimum of 2 years
of prior relevant experience with electronics and electrical
circuits as well as ability to isolate failures to root cause.
Ability to read & interpret drawings and electrical schematics
Experience in lab equipment such as multimeters, signal sources,
oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers Experience
working on a production program The ability to obtain and maintain
a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S.
citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearance Qualifications We Prefer: Experience with
supplier engagement Experience with documenting test results and
engineering recommendations clearly and concisely Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Mentor
Graphics, Matlab, or PSPICE Ability to work in a team environment

role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
