an Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager, your
responsibilities will include but are not limited to: -Management
and development of the team -Providing technical coaching and
mentoring, work assignments, employee career development,
continuous ongoing feedback, and being their employees advocate in
opportunity discussions.-Plan, conduct, and coordinate software
development activities - Coordinating employee recruitment,
selection and training, performance assessments, salary planning,
recognition/disciplinary actions, and engineering competency
development. - Supporting program development, execution of program
requirements, adherence to engineering development processes,
promoting customer focus, and serving as the technical conscience
for their program It is possible that travel will be required to
both customer and supplier sites. It is possible that travel will
be both within and outside the Continental United States (CONUS).

MFCcareers Basic Qualifications • Must currently hold an Active DoD
Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position •
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or
Computer Science. Other related degree field with significant
software development experience • Experience with embedded
development using a real-time operating system • Demonstrated
ability to manage complex technical embedded software
systems/programs • Process Improvement and Affordability experience
• Software engineering Management or Software engineering Team Lead
experience including task planning, budget management, subcontract
management and/or employee development and mentoring Desired skills
• Strong software architecture and design experience. • C/C++/Ada
experience • Linux/VxWorks experience • DevSecOps experience
(CI/CD, Git/Gitlab) • Agile development (Scrum/Kanban) • Ability to
collaborate with multi-functional teams • Basis of Estimate (BOE)
development • Control Account Manager (CAM) experience • In
addition to meeting security clearance requirements, candidate may
need to be approved to work Special Access Program (SAP) prior to
start of employment • Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are

Information This position requires a government security clearance,
you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 - $200,905. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
