Regional Director – Texas Market Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site –
Must reside in DAL/DFW area) Reports to: CEO Compensation:
$125,000-$135,000 base annual performance bonus Schedule: Full-Time
| 50–60% Travel Lead. Drive. Deliver. SkyHop Global, the nation’s

company, is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations
across four Texas locations . Regional Area-(Austin, Houston, DFW,
Dallas Love Field, MSP, DEN). This is a high-impact role for a
seasoned leader with multi-site operational oversight, full P&L
accountability, and the ability to drive safety, service, and
profitability. This is not a sales role —we’re looking for a proven
operations executive who thrives on accountability, team
development, and results. Key Responsibilities Leadership & People
Directly lead and develop Station Leaders across four locations.
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing operations managers.
Hold leaders accountable to KPIs, budget targets, and company
standards. Financial Oversight Full P&L accountability across
assigned stations. Drive profitability through labor discipline,
cost controls, and strategic planning. Partner with finance and
executive leadership to deliver year-over-year improvement.
Operational Excellence Ensure consistent safety, service, and
on-time performance across all stations. Oversee compliance with
DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols. Monitor KPIs, payroll, and
overtime usage; implement corrective actions as needed. Travel &
Field Support Visit each Texas location regularly (50–60% travel).
Provide direct support during audits, incident investigations, and
client-facing meetings. What We Offer Base Salary: $125,000 –

status. Requirements Must-Haves ? Dallas/DFW residency required –
this is an on-site leadership role. ? Minimum 5 –7 years management
experience with proven multi-location oversight .- Mutiple states a
plus ? Demonstrated P&L accountability with consistent record
of meeting/exceeding targets. ? Track record of leading teams of
100 employees . ? Strong experience in operations, transportation,
or logistics preferred. ? Ability to coach, discipline, and inspire
leadership teams. ? Flexibility for 50–60% travel within Texas. ?
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ?
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience
considered.
