Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver the people, performance, organization and culture requirements of the 21C integration. The role will partner with the Integration Leader 21C / GM Integration 21C, Head of P&C- Global Markets, and 21C counterparts to design and execute organizational changes in 21C as well as execute all strategic and operational P&C requirements for the integration team.----Reporting lines:--As the People & Culture Director you will report directly to the Integration Leader 21C / GM Integration 21C and Head of P&C- Global Markets.----Reporting lines and direct reports may change from time to time with the requirements of the role.----Your key responsibilities:--Business Partnering --- Lead and execute on the 'people & culture' components of the integration --- Plan, lead and manage workforce design including change management --- Partner with the IMO leadership team to implement programs to ensure retention of critical talent --- Provide P&C Business Partnering to employees of new and acquired sites --- Develop and deliver programs, interventions or actions required to ensure the success of the 21C integration --- Partner with the P&C team across both organisations to coordinate talent assessment of the 21C organisation --- Use P&C metrics to better understand practices and to assist others in using these metrics to make informed business decisions and to enable strategic workforce planning --- Develop and deliver P&C programs to ensure the success of the GenesisCare's & 21 Century Oncology strategy to increase access to patient care globally --- Develop and lead the implementation of programs relating to organisational design, employee engagement, talent retention, talent management, succession planning & career pipelines --- Plan, lead and manage workforce re-designs including change management --- Undertake and assist with the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of current P&C related policies, procedures and guidelines --- Interpret relevant acts, regulations, awards and legislation relevant to HR to provide pragmatic, reliable advice that supports contemporary HR practices----- Undertake detailed project management processes to implement a wide range of projects and process transformations for global support functions --- Provide leadership and mentorship to the broader P&C team to develop the skills and competencies of existing and future team members --- Contribute to broader workplace culture------Global Mobility --- Provide advice and/or seek guidance on mobility related queries, including but not limited to mobility frameworks, assignment and/or relocation benefits and any home/host immigration and/or taxation legislation --- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key senior stakeholders from the business to assist with the delivery of a streamlined mobility approach to ensure business objectives are met --- Maintain a reportable collation of mobility assignment information for all assignees to be used for internal tracking and reporting where required --- Collaborate closely with assignees and manage and resolve concerns as and when raised to ensure an excellent employee experience----Change Management --- Effect change management and communication activities to guide the business through the 21C integration --- Undertake detailed project and change management processes utilising the GenesisCare Change Framework to implement a wide range of projects and process transformations that will affect a high number of staff --- Partner with the IMO in stakeholder mapping, people risk assessments and communication timelines in conjunction with the IMO Communications & Team Coordinator --- Effectively communication and manage expectations to the IMO and key stakeholders in a timely and clear manner --- Undertake detailed project and change management processes----Culture & Engagement --- Positively supply to the development of a strong, aligned GenesisCare culture by being an exemplar of the GenesisCare values and role modelling appropriate behaviour --- Communicate and manage the roll-out of the new site staff satisfaction survey and GenesisCare engagement survey --- Embed the adoption of the GenesisCare values and culture throughout 21C----Your key working relationships:--As the People & Culture Business Partner, you need to develop strong relationships with the following internal parties:------- Integration Leader 21C / GM Integration 21C --- IMO team members --- Employees and Leaders of 21C --- Head of P&C- Global Markets --- GenesisCare global P&C team----In addition, you need to develop strong external relationships with various individuals/agencies/key stakeholders.----Experience: --- Bachelor's degree or experience considered equivalent --- Strategic P&C business partner experience, including global mobility and integration expertise --- Experience in medical/health industry preferred but not crucial----Other requirements for this role:----- Ability to develop and implement strategic P&C programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization----- Expert knowledge of global mobility and employee engagement practices --- Strong ability to interpret legislation, regulations, industrial agreements, policies and procedures --- Knowledge and application of modern P&C procedures and practices --- Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold P&C initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality --- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills----- Strong stakeholder leadership skills----- Proven experience in working in a matrixed, global environment --- Proven experience in working with multi-faceted stakeholders to deliver change----- Demonstrated project and change management skills with an action orientation and commitment to completion --- Commercial acumen and strong customer focus----- Ability to travel on an occasional basis
