Sales Dallas, Texas, United States Full time OMG is a rapidly growing SaaS software company changing the way industries sell branded and personalized apparel, products, and gear to consumers online. We are seeking a VP of Sales with a track record of success delivering results in a high-growth SaaS company. The VP of Sales will play a vital role in expanding, optimizing, and leading the OrderMyGear direct sales and onboarding teams. This role will need to understand how to grow sales pipelines, create efficient sales processes, deploy different pricing models, penetrate new markets, take new products to market, and accelerate training and development to increase revenue. The VP of Sales must excel as a thought leader, collaborator, and connector in the business. This position will report to the SVP of Revenue and must be able to effectively strategize and deliver results in partnership with the other Revenue team leaders - Marketing, Business Development, and Revenue Operations. This leader will need to be strategic, able to develop and execute on new sales methodologies, strategies, and structures in order to succeed in new markets with new products.

A strong data -orientation is a must! OrderMyGear will rely on this role to assess existing foundational sales processes and further develop sales playbooks, KPIs, territories, and compensation plans in support of OMG's accelerated growth. A day in the life of the VP, Sales:

  • Hire, train, and retain a sales organization in support of OMG's high-growth, fast-paced environment. Provide thought leadership and foster a productive, collaborative environment to ensure Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Onboarding Managers, and Revenue Operations are collaborating and driving high sales force productivity.
  • Establish new sales processes and playbooks based on proven methodologies of measurable success, building upon foundational sales processes in place. Provide expertise and innovation around new sales practices and operational guidelines.
  • Leverage data to identify and address areas of opportunity, formulating and presenting solutions, strategies, and metrics to effectively to succeed in new markets.
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity. Deliver feedback and develop recommendations to OMG leadership and other company functions.
  • Own key sales metrics, primarily driving performance growth to achieve 2021 sales goals, and beyond.
  • Grow and develop the Inside Sales Executive team, refining commercial skills, business acumen, goal ownership, and playbook execution. Implement training, feedback mechanisms, and career path to maintain successful performance.
  • Enable the team through improved technology utilization including Salesforce and EverString.
  • Collaborate with Revenue leadership team on OMG sales priorities and execution. Requirements
    • 5+ years' quota-bearing sales experience at a high-growth SaaS company
    • 5+ years' leadership experience, managing quota-bearing teams
    • Proven success scaling a team, region, or organization from $20M to $50M+ in ARR
    • Experience managing a team of 10+; successfully hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining the organization through growth
    • Proven success launching new products, markets, territories
    • Track record of successful sales experience meeting/exceeding quota consistently as both a leader and an individual contributor Experience building and driving processes playbooks, strategies, and KPIs in a previous role
