We are currently searching for a Metroplex based Director of Sales to join our company. Experienced and accomplished sales leaders with a desire to be a critical part of building a sales team and company will thrive in our startup environment. DIRECTOR OF SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit, hire, evaluate, train, develop, and retain a productive and highly engaged sales counselor and online sales team
  • Drive results by strategically building and leading a sales team for current and upcoming communities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and optimize marketing/sales and advertising strategies, drive traffic and execute on new communities
  • Deliver recommendations to institute sales processes and best practices
  • Ensure established business plan goals and projections are achieved for all communities
  • Review the creation and maintenance of all sales collateral, creative marketing items, and timely website updates to content and design as needed.
  • Drive technology adoption through active engagement, monitoring, and daily coaching
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of competitor policies, programs, pricing, and products, as well as consumer demographics and economic influences
  • Assess competitive market analysis (CMA) information and market trends monthly and share with the appropriate management team members as needed
  • Regular visits to Stonefield communities
  • Prepare sales model staffing schedules
  • Manage the professional appearance of the interiors and exteriors for model centers
  • Recommend community pricing and set sales incentives for both new and existing communities
  • Participate in setting home site premiums, establishing lot availability mix, lot releases, and recommend any changes to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Maintain MLS listings
  • Provide guidance for new and active community home designs, options and model and speculative home selections
  • Prepare, proactively recommend, and review compensation programs for sales team
  • Actively prepare for, participate, and run weekly sales meetings

    • Strategic Leader who understands the marketplace to plan and achieve the business plan
    • Drive Results through influence, collaboration, and accountability of yourself and teammates
    • Complete understanding of the sales process and selling cycle as it relates to selling production homes
    • Cultivate a strong team of sales professionals to serve our customers
    • Creatively solve problems and show the ability to overcome obstacles to achieve success metrics
    • 5+ years of previous homebuilding sales experience
    • 2+ years in a leadership/management role
    • Marketing experience needed to support sales team processes and success
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Familiar with CRM software applications, ideally Brix
    • Experience communicating with senior leaders
    • Proven track record of managing complex processes
    • Stay current on mortgage financing, requirements, and bank relationship

        • General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.
        • Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.
        • May occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
        • The employee regularly travels (as a vehicle driver and as a passenger on various modes of transportation), and occasionally performs work on-site at model centers and construction worksites. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
