Job Description:

Senior Business Development Manager - Architecture, Engineering and Planner

--- Provides management for new business pipeline development, in coordination with the firm Principal in Charge and Business Development Director
--- Creates and maintains relationships with prospective clients.
--- Provides management, quality assurance and compliance with the client requirements
--- Serves as primary Business Development liaison for DFW and surrounding areas.
--- Attends regional conferences and other relevant regional meetings, including city council and board meetings.
--- Coordinates closely with Principal in Charge in aspects of proposal production for new business
--- Manages a database of partners, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships
--- Maintains new business files, resources, tools
* Minimum Requirements
--- 8+ years of experience in business development in the DFW area (Architecture, Engineering or Construction industries a plus)
--- Knowledge of municipality/city purchasing structure and local government hierarchy a must
--- Bachelor's degree
--- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent writing and computer skills
--- Flexibility to assume a workload which frequently necessitates an adjustment of priorities
--- Ability to work and deliver under strict deadlines
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
