Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse book of business that includes top clients across all existing verticals by being the main point of contact.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of our software product and stay up to date with all product release notes.
  • Exhibit an ownership over your work and understand working in a high pressure environment.
  • Establish relationships with clients and business segments
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure resolution of client issues
  • Identify opportunities to grow assigned clients and business segments
  • Manage client retention
  • Provide system demonstrations or webinars to potential or existing clients
  • Actively contribute to department goals
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Be prepared to work in a remote environment

    Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree or relevant Client Services experience
    • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry
    • 3+ years working in a client facing role
    • Capacity to own and execute multiple large-scale programs simultaneously
    • Salesforce experience preferred
    • Ability to travel when required, or desired, to support live events.
    • Ability to work non-traditional hours when required

      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
      • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
      • Must be friendly and have a passion for helping others
      • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
