About the role---
o9 Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and talented Director of Human Resources Operations & Total Rewards who will lead a Global team of HR professionals who focus on Compensation, Benefits, HR Technology, and Compliance. The position requires strong leadership and team collaboration across global leadership teams as well as wide projects and HR initiatives.
What you'll do for us---

  • Build strong influential relationships and serve as the key trusted strategic HR leader advisor and coach to develop and implement people plans and solutions to achieve people initiatives and deliver results for the global organization.
  • Lead the creation of global HR policies and programs in accordance with applicable law and regulations
  • Evaluate and optimize compensation and benefits programs and perform data analysis to ensure we are competitive in the market
  • Actively contribute to the Global HR strategy to ensure that the organization has the right HRIS systems, compensation and benefit structure, and compliance measurements to support the achievement of o9's short and long-range goals and objectives
  • Develop strategies to drive employee awareness and knowledge of compensation and benefits programs and provide company-wide training on annual benefits offerings
  • Partner with the business and provide oversight and support of audits, policies, and operational support across the globe
  • Manage the audit requests requiring review of HR Data, Processes, and analysis
  • Design, implement, optimize, and manage People processes, workflows, and systems
  • Partner with Legal, Corporate Compliance, IT and Internal Audit teams to implement HR compliance solutions aimed at reducing risk in the organization and building a world-class HR compliance program What you'll have...
    • Experience: 10+ years Human Resource experience with a minimum of 5 years in Compensation and Benefits at best-in-class organizations known for the quality of their HR function.
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of compensation programs (market pricing and benchmarking, salary structures, annual compensation processing, etc.)
    • Comprehensive knowledge and experience of benefits programs
    • Experience driving HR Technology, Digital Transformation, and Innovation
    • Experience with driving compliance across the globe that is applicable to law and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, EEOC, Privacy Regulations, etc.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in delivering results, navigating across a large-scale, fast-paced, complex enterprise
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
    • Certification: PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification highly preferred
    • Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, HRIS systems similar to UKG, Interpersonal skills, Communication, Problem-solving skill, Executive Relationship building, Compensation, Compliance, Benefits
    • The successful candidate will combine their business acumen with strong strategic and execution capability and a pragmatic mindset.
    • Highly collaborative, with an ability to work all functions and build strong relationships across the organization by being a diplomatic and effective influencer that is effective and efficient
