The Executive Assistant is a senior-level position supporting
the executive leadership team, including the CEO and CFO. This role
is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with key members of
the leadership team and impact overall company operations and

and external contacts such as vendors, residents, or other
interested parties. Answer questions or deal with tasks
independently as well as determine other needed team member

operations. This may include delegating or completing office supply
requisitions, overseeing maintenance or cleaning, or various other
office tasks as required.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality with sensitive
information, documents, etc.
Associate degree or higher preferred.
5+ years of Executive Administrator experience.
Expertise in independently managing multiple concurrent tasks and
meeting rigid deadlines.
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
and proficiency with Adobe Acrobat required.
