Highland Park Insurance Agency is an insurance agency based out of Dallas, Texas specializing in a wide variety of Commercial and Personal Lines. Our exceptional client base is not only here in great state of Texas but spread throughout the country. We offer a wide variety of insurance products to our clientele. Specialties include, but are not limited to: -Apartments, Condominiums, Office, Shopping Center, Retail, Industrial, Warehouse, Contractors, and other Main Street Business. Primarily focused on High-Net Worth Individuals
Job RequirementsExcellent at customer service - talking with clients and explaining coverages to them. Master at organization and administration. Flexible and willing to learn. At least 3 years of insurance agency experience. P&C insurance license. Agency computer management experience. Previously employed with an independent insurance agent. Attention to detail and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and growing our firm. We are looking to add team members who have a strong desire to grow personally and professionally.
Personal Lines Account Manager Responsibilities - - - - - - -Review daily reports, change requests, claim notices, auto ID Cards, order MVR's and issue certificates - - - - - - -Review policies for accuracy. Prepare for producer delivery or mail/email directly to the client - - - - - - -Create summaries of insurance (renewals) - - - - - - -Mail renewal letters and update renewal information - - - - - - -Ability to quote with multiple carriers - - - - - - -Process EOI's, - - - - - - -All other assigned tasks - - - - - - -Accountabilities - - - - - - -Complete all assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner. - - - - - - -Interact with others effectively by utilizing oral and written communications. - - - - - - -Provide accurate and timely information to those you are charged with supporting - - - - - - -Process changes timely. - - - - - - -Keep client agency management system data updated by entering new data and documenting actions taken on behalf of the clientPersonal Lines Account Manager Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities - - - - - - -High School diploma with some college-level classes and or classes such as CIC/CPCU/ARM/CISR - - - - - - -Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills - - - - - - -Excellent organizational skills - - - - - - -Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks - - - - - - -Possess a high level of organizational skills - - - - - - -Ability to operate various computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite, Agency Management Systems, etc.Minimum Requirements

  • Texas Commercial Property/Casualty License
  • Basic ability to build and maintain professional and positive relationships with new and current clients of Highland Park Insurance
  • Candidate must maintain the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written skillsLicensing & Certificates - - - - - - -Highland Park Insurance is committed to a positive customer experience that exceeds all expectations, as well as, meeting all compliance requirements. - - - - - - -We require all future team members in this position maintain an insurance license (Commercial Lines) in the employee's resident state.Technical & Functional Operations
    • Thorough and comprehensive knowledge of Commercial Insurance Lines and Services is a MUST for this position.
    • Candidatemust have 3-5 years related experience and/or training in commercial insurance environment.
    • Admitted & Excess and Surplus Insurance industry and Commercial Sales experience is required.
    • Knowledge of and experience with Insurance Carrier websites
    • Proficient Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word,Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Additional Requirements
      • Adherence to Company policies and procedures.
      • Ability to fulfill all job responsibilities through acceptable job attendance.
