Job Overview:The Senior Finance Manager - Commercial (Cold Beverage Business Unit) will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses of the US Cold Beverage business's financial performance for leadership. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the route to markets supported and will be an integral part of the monthly close and forecasting processes. What you will do:

  • Responsible for preparing reports and analysis for monthly close reviews with Finance and Cold Business Unit Leadership
  • Lead monthly forecasting and analysis for key in-year decision-making
  • Model and provide strategic insights for Annual Operating Plan
    • Develop and report on quality metrics and analytics to influence effective decision making and achieving business top-line and Operating Income growth plan
    • Develop and establish a high performing team and culture in a fast-paced environment to execute strategic goals and execute effective and quality decision making
    • Produce accurate and timely financial information and analysis; promote an environment of strong internal controls and efficiencies
    • Lead monthly forecasting and analysis for operating expenses providing value-added insights on performance, risks and opportunities
    • Provides value-added analytics to improve enterprise financial performance
    • Provide insights for improvement opportunities and synergies
    • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management

      • Education/Experience:
        • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
        • Five+ years of relevant finance experience preferred
        • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models
        • Technical and Other Skills:
          • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
          • Ability to build detailed financial models in excel
          • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms (SAP, IBM Planning Analytics a plus)
          • Required Competencies and aptitudes:
            • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
            • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems
            • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
            • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
            • Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages
            • Detailed and process improvement oriented
            • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
            • Ability to work flexible hours as required
