The role focuses on aligning the business priorities with effective day-to-day operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.The role focuses on the most critical strategic priorities for the business, facilitates cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, provides business critical insights using analytics, and helps teams across revenue goals.As a Sales Strategy Leader you will develop solutions to complex, ambiguous, and high-visibility business problems and opportunities. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and driving these solutions while working with Business teams, influencing the goal setting, helping transform early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives, and much more.The Sales Strategy Leader ensures Genpact's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. This team is instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for Ad Sales teams.
  • Help frame the problem in a complex and ambiguous context, identify and structure specific analyses to the business problems, and drive recommendations.
  • Partner with team members to gather data, jointly conduct business analysis, and identify solutions through effective communication and project management.
  • Enable critical business decision making by working with cross-functional stakeholders and cross-pollinate learnings.
  • Partner with leadership in end-to-end driving of strategic initiativesQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications/Skills
    • Deep Domain experience in Digital Ads, having worked on Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Programmatic Ads, Adtech etc
    • Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with leadership in crisis and change management situations
    • Knowledge of sales operations, Ad sales, and Internet/online media
    • Project management, problem-solving/analysis, verbal, written communication, and people skills
    • Experience in consulting, software, Internet, media industries.
    • Experience structuring and executing analyses to support strategy
    • MBA degree or master's degree in a Management or a business fieldPreferred Qualifications/Skills
