VP, Digital CX Strategy & GTM - Healthcare (Remote)At TTEC,

organization as the leading go to market healthcare subject matter
expert? Looking to develop the right combination of strategy,
technology, packaged solutions, and client success? You'll provide
overall leadership in operating the healthcare group that supports
the TTEC Digital Healthcare strategy and develop best practices for
the healthcare market. Applying your deep healthcare industry
knowledge, you'll lead the TTEC Digital go-to market effort to grow
the healthcare market, provide expertise, and work with clients and
prospects to identify opportunities. You'll coach the growing team
in a matrix organization to sell solutions, ensuring an improved
end-to-end healthcare experience.Reporting to the Chief Revenue
Officer, you'll grow the healthcare business through working across
teams and your in-depth expertise.During a Typical Day, You'll
- Own delivery of sales targets, sales pipeline,
tracking/reporting, and improvement
- Develop formal customer/patient experience healthcare strategy,
integrating TTEC consulting and partner channel motions into
overall healthcare go-to-market plan
- Understand and develop strategies with clients and prospects
including C-Level resources in healthcare organizations to improve
outcomes linked to better healthcare experiences with main buyers
in marketing, operations, IT, and finance
- Work with other teams to create healthcare specific solution
bundles and pricing which maximizes total account value, annual
contract values, and recurring revenue
- Leverage existing partners (Genesys, Microsoft, Salesforce, and
others) to promote TTEC Digital solutions; identify other
partnering opportunities to enrich TTEC healthcare offerings
- Lead creation of sale guides, sell sheets, and other key sales
and marketing assets
- Provide support with account lifecycle strategies including
proposal writing, RFP responses and contract negotiationsWhat You
Bring to the Role
- 15 years strategic healthcare industry experience
- In-depth understanding of the entire patient experience
lifecycle
- Expert level contact digital contact center & patient
experience transformation within healthcare
- 10 years demonstrated direct or indirect leadership experience
with increasing levels of responsibility
- 5 years sales, business development, product marketing or
similar experience
- Experience working in an environment with blending consulting
and product offerings
- Team building and nurturing an inclusive learning
environmentCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting hourly
range for individuals expressing interest in this position is
$175,000 - $225,000. You will be eligible to participate in an
annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate
may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education
or skill levels. Benefits available to eligible employees include
