Job Description:

Planet Technology's direct end client in Retail Industry is looking for a Sr Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Some work from home flexibility for local candidates.

Sr Project Manager:
Knowledge/Abilities:

• Create, maintain, and develop project plans including documentation e.g., project workplans, status reports, risk registers, issues logs
• Serve as Primary Lead interfacing with both key Business and IT stakeholders proposing solutions on budget, scope, and schedule
• Facilitate key project meetings as well as prepare all coordination and communications with project team
• Manage changes to project scope and timelines in accordance with customers internal change control process
• Experience providing break/fix support escalation
• Strong systems background and process improvements
• Excellent communication and experience in working with the business to define business requirements, design and implement the solutionMinimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall relevant Project Management experience
  • Some knowledge/experience with Oracle
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Executive level presence and proven experience in engaging with the Business at all levels (C Suite and below) - Communication, Presentations, etc.Nice to Have:
    • Experience with Workday
    • PMP Certification
