With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create unparalleled, direct impact.Job DescriptionAesthetic Account Manager (AM) position; responsible for selling Galderma's Aesthetic portfolio of products and Services to Health Care Providers (HCPs) and other Aesthetic medical professionals; responsible for creating product demand within assigned territory.Job ResponsibilitiesSell products and services to current and potential customers within a defined geography. Initiate specific course of action to increase sales and market share for specific products. Drive product and service sales through the implementation and delivery of approved promotional items and approved field-based programsUtilizes effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demandResponsible for prospecting and developing new business on an annual basisDevelop and coordinate HCP training programs and practice enhancement in-services and open housesProvide technical product and procedure expertise to customersBuild strong professional relationships, establish credibility and rapport with customersImplement and execute key Marketing strategiesEstablish and maintain excellent communications and sound working relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providersActively participate in scheduled Company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetingsDemonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance related mattersTravel requiredOther duties as assignedMinimum RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota-driven role with preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical salesBachelor's degree from four-year college or university requiredDemonstration of sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learningHigh sense of urgency in particular with regards to customer service orientationStrong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunitiesStrong knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferredAbility to travel is required by the specific territoryAbility to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results orientedMust maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethical at all timesEmployer's Rights:This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
