Responsibilities
Care Manager/Marketing Liaison
* Will serve multiple facilities in the Dallas area*
Our community has an opportunity for a Care Manager/Marketing
Liaison. The Care Manager/Marketing Liaison will be responsible for
the market development and implementation in our area. The Care
Manager/Marketing Liaison is also responsible for generating,
evaluating, and assessing criteria for the skilled and sub-acute
programs. This role will use their expertise to build and grow
census and quality mix by developing the market and providing
prospective patients/responsible parties with appropriate
information and assistance in choosing a skilled nursing
center.
A primary responsibility of the Care Manager is to develop
relationships with a growing base of referral sources, leading to a
consistent flow of quality referrals to the center. The majority of
their time is allocated to external sales development. Other
responsiblities include:

* Using a sequential sales process to uncover the hospitals needs
and wants
* Maintaining awareness of admitting and attending physicians
opinions and challenges
* Actively seeking out and identifying new referral sources
* Maintaining a current prioritized account list
* Maintaining a current target list of potential new referral
sources
* Effectively networking with current and past customers to solicit
referrals
* Maintaining an active involvement in community organizations and
associations
* Maintaining a current target list of potential new referral
sources

Qualifications
* Licensed as an RN or LVN is strongly preferred
* Minimum of a college degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or
the Allied Health Field
* Experience in Health Care Sales, Marketing, Insurance or
commensurate education is preferred
* Knowledge of value based selling
* Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus
* Existing book of business and physician relationships
* ALF relationships a plus
* Home Health sales experience and relationships a plus
* Well- versed in event planning
* Proven track record in healthcare sales preferred
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
