This is a fully remote position. Role and ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for managing the transition of new business into Southern Scripts effectively, accurately, and timely. This individual ensures consistent customer satisfaction during implementation by collaborating with client teams, and continually interacting with customers and consultants. The Client Services Implementation Manager is accountable for not only delivering a successful project, but creating the foundation of the business relationship and successfully executing the delivery of added revenue to Southern Scripts. In addition, this individual is responsible to ensure project deliverables are consistent with client service agreements, appropriate service levels are achieved, project timelines and deliverables meet client requirements, issues are identified and resolved timely, and client satisfaction is achieved throughout the implementation process.Develops and builds client business relationships by delivering a positive on-boarding experience, including clear rules of engagement, orientation to Southern Scripts processes and services, communication of client commitments and expectations to internal partners, and successful transition from implementation to maintenance of business Adheres to strict procedural and quality standards including thorough and accurate documentation, testing protocols, claims analysis and thorough understanding of client technical and service specifications Utilizes project management skills to track milestones and deliverables, timely recognition/notification of risk indicators and provide regular status updates to Leadership internally/externallyLeads and/or manages the implementation process, including timely and accurate documentation/signoff of the Implementation Plan Setup Document and other related documents, communication of client commitments and expectations to internal partners, interpreting and providing context for client requests, ensuring appropriate review and customer sign-off, leading site visits and conference calls, and related responsibilities to ensure flawless implementationsFacilitates conflict management and resolution if necessary, this would be inclusive of internal and external partnersBuilds and maintains client relationships by ensuring appropriate levels of service and operational support during the implementation process, including establishing clear rules of engagement and roles and responsibilities for implementation success Manages the project in compliance with the client service agreement eliminating any risks to Southern Scripts for non-adherence including managing the client and consultant to stay within the executed contractPartners with multiple business units and teams to ensure the accuracy of claims adjudication set ups and ongoing client needsUtilizes planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills to ensure timely deliverables, high levels of quality, and efficient use of resources to achieve claims adjudication accuracy Manages an assigned book of business with a focus on client trend management, strategic plan development and execution, cultivating multi-level client relationshipsAccountable for understanding the primary business objectives of the client, developing, and managing shared goals, and demonstrating program value to the clientActively supports members of the core client team, and members of the extended team, in successfully meeting client needs and delivering flawless fundamentals during the transition from implementation to maintenance of business Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).Attend, complete, and demonstrate competency in all required HIPAA Training offered by the company.Flexibility to understand, appreciate and embrace that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkFull-time/Salaried/Exempt.Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00AM to 5:00PM CT. We cover clients from West to East Coast, work times must be adjusted to cover meetings in all time zones. Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands.This position is fully remote.TravelThis position requires travel a minimum of 10% of the time. Also, attendance required at various local training sessions and/or meetings. Required Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent, four (4) years external client facing support or related account management experience in a healthcare or a Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) environment, along with a minimum of two (2) years implementation/account management experience, preferably in (PBM) environment or managed healthcare services organization, or equivalent combination of education and job-related experience.Experience as a user of multiple business software applications and high data analytics skills required.
