We provide on-site event parking management for mid-size and large-scale events for a variety of clients throughout the United States, including the Dallas, Texas Area. This position will provide support to the Event Operations Team with planning, organizing, directing, and controlling all facets of event parking logistics, while fostering an environment of safety, teamwork, and responsibility. This is a highly visible leadership role that will develop and support the goals and objectives of the event parking department. Travel to various event locations for site meetings/walkthroughs and the actual event is required.


Pre-Event Support

Collaborate with HR, the Sr. Operations Manager, and the program manager with recruiting initiatives.
With the Assigned On-Site Admin(s), engage and utilize all 3rd party Staffing Partners, Volunteer Groups, etc.
Work with the Senior Operations Manager, and other Operations Managers in determining administrative support needs for each event. Select the appropriate people that will deliver this support in a servant leadership style.
Assist with replenishing equipment as needed prior to event.
Coordinate uniform needs for each event and check needs against inventory.
Ensure that event supervisor notebooks to include lot maps, area information, time sheets, parking grid info, and any other info required by the supervisory team are produced.
Ensure Cornerstone standards are upheld, and all SOPs are installed and functioning appropriately prior to each event.

Event Support

Coordinate and supervise all operations with good coordination with the Client Lead, On-site Admin and Leadership team.
Monitor the collection and timeliness of all daily data to include vehicle counts, payroll, operational notes, and other pertinent items as needed.
Ensure that all event time sheets for CPG leadership, CPG local team, 3rd party Staffing Partner local team & booster/volunteer groups are properly maintained and submitted timely.
Ensure that adequate supply support is provided to all team members (hydration, nutrition, uniforms, and equipment for each event.
Distribute and inventory radios as needed. Collect them at end of event.
Ensure the utilization of equipment sign-out checklists for each trailer/supply area.
Work with Shuttle, Security and other Vendor leadership teams representing CPG in a professional manner.
Ensure that all uniform policies are upheld per the operating plan.
Ensure supervisor huddles and Daily update/Next Day Plan posts to all team members occur prior to 7pm each operating day.

Post-Event Support

Review systems and processes recommending changes that will improve operational and financial efficiency.
Ensure all supplies are retained, stored, and inventoried at the end of each event and reported to the Program Manager
Compile Daily operational Notes for the after-action report.

Team Orientation & Leadership

Promote a team environment that delivers quality service to all internal & external customers in a manner that represents Cornerstone professionally.
Provide support and feedback to the database of Cornerstone leadership team members that have practical and relevant event experience useful for Cornerstone operations.
Identify and develop leaders that can grow into expanded event leadership roles.
Communicate the leadership & staff expectations for all Cornerstone event leaders and their event team members.
Practice "hands-on" leadership, coaching through MBWA (Management by Walking Around), and lead by example with a "Servant Leadership" mentality.

Recruiting, Staffing & Training

Create budgets and staffing plans in collaboration with the Client Lead, Sr. Operations Manager, and Program manager for each Cornerstone event operation.
Work with the Sr. Operations Manager and Program manager to develop a recruiting plan for each event that fulfills all staffing needs utilizing civic, school & faith-based groups, teachers, coaches, parents, and miscellaneous local hires. Utilize social media platforms and other traditional media resources to meet all needs. Develop relationships with local staffing companies to supplement any operational needs not satisfied by groups or hires.
Ensure that appropriate training programs are administered for each team member
Work with HR to ensure compliance and consistent hiring and on-boarding practices for Cornerstone employees and local hires.


Determine scope of operations through site visits, client meetings & conference calls mining information and data that will enable Cornerstone to design and deliver a quality operating platform.
Consult with leadership team(s) to design operating plans for each event that utilize best practices to deliver a safe and efficient operation for all stakeholders.
Create parking lot operations manuals for each event to be communicated to all Cornerstone on-site leadership personnel.

Client Relations & Development

With the Assistance of the Client Lead and Senior Operations Manager produce "After Action" report that documents key data and any operational anomalies each operating day. Provide Analysis regarding the internal financial results.
Develop strong professional and working relationships with event (client) management and other PGA 3rd party vendors (i.e., security, shuttles, ops staff, etc.) that results in operational effectiveness and new business opportunities.


Identify, and secure all operating equipment and supplies, including hydration, needed for each event utilizing the PGA procurement process, 3rd party sources or Cornerstone owned equipment.

Financial & Misc.

Identify and recommend opportunities for branding and marketing that will promote Cornerstone.
Submit event invoices & staff payroll for payment and/or processing in a timely manner.
Maximize the profitability of each event operation recommending strategies to improve.
All other related duties and/or tasks as assigned.
Valid driver's license.
Able to promote and instill enthusiasm and passion in all event operating platforms.
An entrepreneurial spirit and business sense.
Proven history of project management ability.
Ability to travel 40-50%.
Able to work weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours as needed per site visit and event.
Previous customer service/client relationship experience required.
Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience providing leadership in a team environment.
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral).
Is dependable and can adapt to a changing environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Familiar with internet and social media platforms.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time during event operations.
Ability to work outside in diverse weather conditions as needed.
Business or similar degree preferred.%797749%
