Job Overview:The HR Project Manager role is both a hands-on and strategic role that provides project leadership and support to a variety of different Human Resources projects. This role is critical in executing project initiatives, managing change, driving HR functional excellence, process improvement and providing superior customer support. This must combine HR with project management expertise, leveraging the blended skillset of an HR Business Partner and Project Manager, to consult and manage projects from original concept through successful change management and final implementation.Critical capabilities:Experience in enterprise-wide change management and an understanding of related communications planning to support projects and initiativesHR Business Partner experience and understanding is beneficial but not requiredExperience facilitating extensive stakeholding and approval processes to ensure alignment and success of cross-functional initiativesThe ability to partner with project sponsors to bring definition to a project and to facilitate development of requirements documents, project charter, stakeholder analysis; create project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and timelinesThe ability to effectively drive the delivery of projects and initiatives with excellence, on time and on budgetWhat you will do:Create comprehensive and effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project successDevelop project plans in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders to execute strategic HR initiatives, distribute work among team members (including self, this role will also execute project deliverables), set expectations, and execute on project plansTake initiative to establish partnerships and consult with key business stakeholders and HR team members to foster teamwork, collaboration, and learning within the HR team, contributing to a positive work environmentCommunicate status updates to appropriate audiences using a consistent cadence and formatMonitor and track project execution to success by driving team milestone completion; identifying and removing process and operational roadblocks; owning and consulting solution development with stakeholders, and escalating critical decisions to reach alignmentOwn major end-to-end processes and events on a project, take initiative, and use problem solving skills to think beyond the task to the outcome that needs to be achievedBuild project governance structure including project leadership, project update process/cadence and escalation of critical decisionsUse broad knowledge of HR and include appropriate SMEs to lead team members in a manner that results in a cohesive and integrated solutionFacilitate problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes tied to business resultsThis role may serve the organization in a supporting, advisory manner in addition to managing and driving projects from initial concept through successful change management and final implementation.Requirements:B.A./B.S. in Business, Human Resources or related degree, Master's preferredDemonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools, and best practicesMinimum 7 years of progressive of experience managing large-scale, complex projects. Human Resources experience is beneficial.Ability to communicate effectively across varied stakeholder audiences, including senior organizational leadersPossess strong strategic orientation, analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and be able to evaluate broad impacts of within project activitiesDemonstrated leadership capability, including ability to lead, influence, and motivate othersA track record of project delivery for large, cross functional projectsExperience driving effective change management techniques and implementation including communications plansStrong consideration will be given to those that are PMP or Agile certifiedProven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstancesComfort working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment.Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow our manufacturing best practicesAbility to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructionsAbility to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our operating principlesAnticipated travel 10-25%Company Overview & EEO Statement:Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a leading coffee and beverage company in North America with dual headquarters in Burlington, MA and Plano, TX, with annual revenue in excess of $11 billion.
