today!ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesAssigned to back-of-house or
front-of-house duties, you will supervise shift (operations), and
are tasked with excellent execution of the position to which they
are assignedEnsuring that all food safety procedures and sanitation
practices are being upheld, maintaining cleanliness and
organization of entire store propertyOpening and/or closing the
restaurant, operational checklists, equipment upkeep and
maintenance, assisting with inventory counting, ordering, training,
and evaluation of all positionsWork EnvironmentAssistant Managers
are required to work in a kitchen environment which includes
working with and around kitchen equipment such as but not limited
to ovens, stoves, walk-in coolers/freezers, milkshake machines,
frying equipment, and knivesYou will be exposed to heat, steam,
fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces including the floor,
as well as outside in the elements when doing property
walksExpected Work HoursThis position can be either part-time or
full-timeThe restaurant's working schedule is Monday to
SundayFull-time employees are anyone who works more than 30 hours
per week on average for one year; however, AMs are expected, though
not guaranteed, to work between 40 and 45 hours per week on
averageRequired SkillsRequired Education & ExperienceHigh school
diploma or equivalentTwo years in the restaurant industry, one year
of management in the restaurant or an equivalent industryMust be
eligible to work in the U.S.Preferred Education &
ExperienceUniversity degree or equivalentTwo years of restaurant
experience in a fast, casual restaurant
