Job Description:
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new
customers for our Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) organization.
You will build relationships and understand customer business in
order to provide appropriate products or solutions. Development of
a business case and subsequent project where none was previously
identified . Ability to develop a "top down - bottom up" sales
approach to become a trusted advisor and integral element within
the customer's decision-making process . You will define sales and
growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical
sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and
build credibility with customers. An in-depth process and product
knowledge will be valued and key to this objective. Key

- Earmark a customer's budget This position requires
approximately 50% travel including: --- Multi-night trips ---
Local/Regional Travel (Vehicle) --- Domestic Travel (Air) --- Some
International Travel (Air) YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree of science or equivalent, such as electrical,
mechanical or process engineering
- 15 + year's Executive Selling Experience, Business Development
experience and Account Management experience
- 7+ years of solution selling and /or business development
experience in one of the following vertical markets: LNG, oil/gas,
refining, power, energy, biofuels, chemical
- Valid driver's license WE VALUE
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation
skills
- Significant experience in a sales/account management related
field
- Ability to develop a process automation vision for a customer
based on their specific needs and requirements
- Ability to develop meaningful executive engagement dialog
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the
organization
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly
matrixed environment
- Attention to Detail and Follow-Up
- Experience of identifying, developing and selling large complex
projects
- Deep connection with customers in the following industries:
LNG, Biofuels, Hydrogen, Giga Factories, O&G /refining, and
major EPC companies
- Experienced in complex sales: including engaging early in the
customer buying cycle at senior levels; building long-term
strategic and executive relationships; team selling and opportunity
planning
- Influencing abilities to bring together a selling team without
direct line of reporting
- Experience with commercial negotiation
- Background in process control industry
- Understanding of contractual language and experience with
contract negotiations
- Hand's on mentality working with internal groups, i.e.
Proposals, Finance, Legal, etc. Additional Information
