As a Product Manager, you will support and guide a team product owners that are responsible for charting the strategic direction for current and future product offerings. Work across the organizations to drive product solutions and work with executives to modify and build product roadmaps. In this role you will also be expected to:

• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business including marketing, internal and external stakeholders, and delivery teams
  
• Utilize your strong Voice of Customer skills to develop and enhance product requirements and new product proposals based on market needs
  
• Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance and mature Product Management teams
  
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of new digital products and/or enhanced platform features
  
• Maintain product backlogs. Work with the Product Director to prioritize features and manage roadmap changes in line with the core product vision, business priorities and sales strategies
  
• Translate customer journeys into user experiences in coordination with the UX team
  
• Translate strategic priorities into a product vision, roadmap and specifications
  
• Coordinate with s engineering teams to deliver on our vision, including product roadmap development, sprint planning, user story development, and backlog refinement
  
• Be the point-of-contact for stakeholders to ask product questions and issues from throughout the business. Identify when an issue requires additional input or escalation
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on product concepts and deliver capabilities that will enable us to accelerate growth
  
• Develop a detailed understanding of business environment
  
• Travel to customer sites and industry conferences as needed
  
• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends
  
  About You
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
    
  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS solutions
    
  • Proven track record of designing, building, and launching customer-facing products
    
  • Able to lead time-sensitive, high availability products with minimal guidance and high attention to detail.
    
  • Able to collaborate at a variety of levels on product vision, strategy and roadmap.
    
  • Experienced using Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
    
  • Solid understanding of business process management
    
  • Able to use data to establish priorities and drive actions.
    
  • Action-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
    
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to develop training and marketing materials for products and services coming to market.
    
  • Able to clearly define, quantify, and track results to implement continuous improvements and enhance the customer experience.
    
  • Familiarity working with UX prototyping tools, such as Figma or Sketch, to visually articulate ideas to developers and stakeholders.
