sectors.BlueTeam is seeking a Regional Vice President to become an
integral part of BlueTeam's Restoration and Reconstruction services
within the Central region of the U.S. The Vice President is
responsible for managing operations, business development, customer
relationships, project management, and administration. The Vice
President is also responsible for leveraging the BlueTeam brand to
develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new
business opportunities. The Vice President will hire, train, coach,
motivate, and lead all team members to meet all revenue and
customer service goals. - -What you'll do---.
Define and implement Restoration and
Reconstruction strategy, structure, and processes for the assigned
regionOversee day-to-day operations and manage all functions,
including full P&L, of the region's Restoration and
Reconstruction activitiesAlign all daily operation activities with
commercial and client prioritiesMonitor overall performance and
improve productivity within the region by budgeting effectively,
eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth
opportunitiesExecute continuous improvement strategies, tools, and
techniques to deliver sustainable cost effectiveness and cost
reductions across the entire operational value chainDeliver
business results consistent with company's nationwide KPIs and
annual business objectivesMaintain strong relationships with
existing clients, identify and establish new relationships with
potential clients with high commercial revenue potentialDrive new
business opportunities by identifying and fostering professional
trade partner relationships/referral channels with a focus on
insurance, property management, commercial redevelopment, direct
insurance repair programs, large loss adjusters, and claim
managersDrive Business Development via proactive outreach and
networking through membership in trade associationsEffectively
leverage matrix partners to drive economies of scale and
consistency in programs and processesChampion change, facilitate a
continuous improvement approachDevelop talent bench strength across
regional operations in partnership with Human ResourcesEnsure
employee development and retention by coaching, training,
mentoring, and recognizing team membersParticipate in sales calls
and meetings with prospective clientsCoordinate with HR in properly
onboarding new employees and setting performance objectives and
expectationsEnsure compliance with all applicable laws,
regulations, and company policiesMeet or exceed annual sales and
profitability goalsPerform other duties as assignedWhat you'll
need---
Bachelor's Degree in Construction
Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field from
four-year college or university; or ten-plus years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experienceA minimum of five years' experience within a
leadership roleStrong Business Development experience with a proven
track record of client and revenue growthEffective leadership
skills and track record for identifying and developing
talentAbility to set overall strategy and drive process
improvementExperience with developing, managing and executing
budgetsExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate
effectively with clients, internal and external contactsTop-notch
supervisory and conflict resolution skillsOrganization savvy and
experience in matrix structures and cross-functional teamsStrong
analytical and strategic assessment skillsExperience with large
loss, complex projectsAbility to multitask and manage multiple
