This role will lead several high performing teams that are
passionate about helping improve American Airlines product
experience via Technology. These teams help improve business
processes using Robotic Process Automation, Real-time data
streaming and content management. The role is a part of the Data
Engineering Analytics and Automation team within our Corporate
Technology group. You'll bring your ability to challenge, motivate
and care for a diverse group of technologists to this fast-paced
group. What you'll doAs noted above, this list is intended to

bargaining obligations. Lead the enterprise Robotic Process
Automation (RPA) and Content Management product. This will include
growth and care of the team; the enterprise automation services and
cloud-based platform Lead Enterprise data service teams that
provide real-time and batch data capabilities in the cloud
Responsible for executing and updating enterprise Data and
Automation strategies Develop and coach future Sr Leaders and
Engineers Measure and improve team performance through the use of
Agile and Devops Ensure systems are scalable and available to meet
the demand of an international airline Attract, recruit and develop
top level talent All you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications-
Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or a related field 8 years of
software engineering or data engineering experience 3 years of
experience with budgeting, forecasting, and working with vendors
for software licensing and SOW/Contract Negotiation 3 years'
experience leading teams using Agile in a DevOps environment 3
years of leading technology teams working with Robotic Process
Automation, Enterprise Content Management, Big Data and/or
real-time data streaming 3 years of experience working with cloud
based hosting Experience and familiarity with airline business
processes and data terminology Preferred Qualifications- Education
& Prior Job Experience 9+ years of experience in data engineering
or software engineering 5+ years of experience with Data
Warehousing, ETL, Data and Analytics tools 3+ years of experience
with Leading Azure Data Engineering Solutions Knowledge about
Automation Anywhere and Documentumt Skills, Licenses &
Certifications Familiarity with the Azure Data Engineering
technology Proven ability to market new enterprise technologies and
deliver them quickly Demonstrated success of building and caring
for diverse high performing teams Experience with Realtime
Streaming solutions Understanding of data development
methodologies,processes,Agile methodologies/process, CI/CD and
DevOps Experience leading teams that implement and extend highly
performant, resilient, reliable, and understandable data processing
pipelines Approach problem-solving holistically and consider
solutions through a combination of technology and processes What
