integrity.--- -ABOUT THE ROLE -Jackson Spalding is seeking Paid
Social Director -to join our growing team. In this role, you will
manage and execute performance marketing programs across a variety
of paid social channels as well as support larger integrated
marketing programs that utilize paid social channels. We are
looking for someone who can create successful paid social
advertising strategies, execute a set of well-structured tests,
roll out successful campaigns, and optimize performance over time
against a clear set of defined performance goals. You will be asked
to evaluate and manage different paid social channels including
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as well as seek out
emerging platforms that can help grow customer base and brand for
our clients. You will be tasked with leading a team of Paid Social
specialists, assessing new marketing capabilities, running
experiments and preliminary marketing campaigns through these
channels, and scaling up successful strategies.ABOUT JACKSON

ADDYs.------ -RESPONSIBILITIES - - -
Lead paid social advertising strategy
across a variety of B2B and B2C clients throughout the entire
customer experience with a focus on conversions, awareness and
engagement -Act as a leader and 'catalyst' who inspires others to
deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans for paid social
-Monitor and analyze key paid social marketing metrics (CPV, CPM,
CPA, etc.) quality and campaign performance -Experience with
-LinkedIn -(display, search, YouTube) - -Provide guidance to junior
social media specialists to ensure plans are executed and managed
to deliver against KPIs and budget -Lead team of junior members to
build social advertising skills to ensure creativity and innovation
is reflected in client recommendations -Lead paid social campaign
management including identifying top channels, creation of
goals/benchmarks, audience targeting, implementation, automation,
defining KPIs, and budgets. -Own the Paid Social strategy,
management, execution, optimization, testing and reporting for
larger integrated marketing campaigns -Define experimental
frameworks and optimize campaign set ups for driving meaningful
insights (including tracking, measuring and reporting) -Work
directly with social networks to understand platforms capabilities
and explore new marketing campaigns -Communicate regularly with
internal stakeholders' teams and clients to iterate on objectives
and opportunities -Act as a leader and 'catalyst' who inspires
others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans for
paid social -Monitor and analyze key paid social marketing metrics
(CPV, CPM, CPA, etc.) quality and campaign performance -EDUCATION -
Bachelor's degree---in marketing,
communications or related fieldREQUIREMENTS - -
5-8 -years of experience with social
media buying and planning preferably at a media or marketing agency
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google DSP a
plus)Proficiency in social media and digital marketing pixels,
tags, event tracking, and conversion attribution, including
knowledge on installation and placement instructions and event
mapping -Experienced in advanced audience creation and segmentation
strategies related to paid social, including remarketing, website
custom audiences, first-party data targeting, exclusion audiences
and lookalike audiences -Experience and proficiency with -Pivot
Tables, advanced formulas and queries, CRM management tools for
integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) -Demonstrated success
planning, implementing, and reporting on full-funnel,
objective-based paid social campaigns that delivered real business
value -Preferred Criteria: Facebook Blueprint Certified, TikTok,
Pinterest and YouTube ad experience - -Experience and competency
running tests on social channels -Learner's mindset - passionate
about social media marketing and---digital---marketing---trends
-Diligent, responsible, organized and capable of managing multiple
campaigns simultaneously -Advanced critical thinking skills and
strong attention to detail -Demonstrated ability to communicate
complex or technical information to non-technical audiences
