Job Description Demand Generation Manager - Dallas, TX Job Purpose:
The Demand Generation Manager will develop our lead funnel and
manage our marketing automation tools. The primary focus of the
role will be developing and executing the strategy for
multi-segment demand generation to pull individuals through their
buyer's journey and increase prospect and customer registrations at
our semiannual conference. You must have hands-on experience with
marketing automation tools and be able to build and maintain
nurture tracks and campaigns from the ground up with strategy based
on data, best practice experience, and creativity. Equally
important is constant analysis to determine modifications for
ongoing improvement. Lastly, you must be an extremely strong writer
who knows how to craft a good story. You will help bring our value
prop to life by writing compelling marketing copy across a range of
media for all stages of the buying cycle.Specific
Responsibilities:Maintains ownership of enterprise Pardot instance
and other marketing automation tools, including website chat.Plan
and execute A/B tests on emails, mail, landing pages, webpages and
advertisements.Define, monitor, and report on key metrics. Use
engagement data and A/B testing to optimize.Oversee the development
of the demand generation to attract new customers through the
purchase funnel, from lead to nurturing to proposal.Work across
internal business units to coordinate and implement marketing
programs.Ensure measurement of all demand generation-activities,
including lead nurturing, marketing automation, and trigger-based
emails.Develop and implement lead tracking, scoring, and
qualification process.Improve the quantity, quality, and velocity
of leads from demand channels and ensure a best-in-class digital
experience to increase traffic.Identify, implement, test, measure
and optimize new growth tactics and marketing channels.Performs all
technical tasks to build integrated campaigns utilizing our
marketing technology stack, including building emails, developing
workflow rules, and building forms and landing pages.Leverage
analytics to report on all marketing activities and assess against
KPIs and ROI goals Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in
business, marketing, journalism, public relations or
communications.5+ years of B2B marketing experience.5+ years demand
generation-focused experience.5+ years of hands-on experience with
marketing automation systems integrated with a CRM
(Salesforce).Demonstrated leadership experience.Superior analytical
skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big
picture issues.A dual-minded approach: You're highly creative, but
can also be strategic, process-driven, think scale, and rely on
data to make decisions.Ability to manage projects from conception
to implementation and communicate key milestones as progress is
made.Prior experience working with Marketo, Pardot or other
marketing automations systems, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Strong understanding of conversion
rates, close rates, leads and opportunities, funnel opportunity and
understanding of the full life cycle of a buyer's journey. Travel:
