  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
  • Sales insurance license maintained by law --
  • 10+ years of account management or related experience with 3+ years focused on large, complex, multi-site accounts.
  • Solid working knowledge of Healthcare product portfolio, competitive landscape and managed care knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge of Health Insurance and protocols--
  • Solid working knowledge of business planning and financial/underwriting acumen required.
  • Demonstrated solid influence, collaboration and listening skills
  • Proven ability to navigate an often ambiguous and complex organization to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrated solid negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create a strategic vision and plan its implementation
  • Proven superior verbal, written and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:
    • Understanding of FEHBP and/or Shared Administration programs--
    • Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships to build a solid, trusted partnership with the customer
