Payroll and HRIS -Manager - Downtown Dallas - 100% onsite Delta Dallas has partnered with a client in the -distribution industry to identify a top Payroll and HRIS Manager to join their team. The Payroll and HRIS Manager will have oversight of both payroll and HRIS to include two-three direct reports. -The company has over 1200 employees nationwide to include Canada, so we are seeking a Payroll Manager with mid to large companies with experience in multi-states/multi-locations. This organization is well known for a great working environment with an awesome culture! A successful candidate for the Payroll and HRIS Manager role will possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred along with a CPP
• 5+ years' experience managing a bi-weekly, multi state payroll in a mid to large company environment
• Experience with Canada payroll is a HUGE plus!
• Supervisory experience is required - at least up to 4
• MUST HAVE -extensive knowledge of ADP WFN to include HRIS oversight
• Must have experience with payroll integrations, implementations, etc. -
• Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
• Working experience of payroll tax at the federal, state and local levels
• Must be a team player
