are seeking a security lead to join our Threat and Exposure
Management Team. This role will be focused on helping to mature the
Application Security function by supporting the Cyber Security
department and championing best practices through evangelizing
secure design and secure coding controls. The qualified candidate
should possess proven communication skills, problem-solving skills,
and knowledge of security best practices that are critical to
successful performance in this role. Lead and mentor the evolving
Application Security team and function to be best in classPerform
Manual and Automated Testing of applications using a variety of
tools to identify vulnerabilities that could expose the Bank to
riskAs a SME, provide technical expertise to clients, management
and staff throughout risk assessments, advising on the
implementation of appropriate data security procedures and
products, while providing guidance and knowledge to reduce the
vulnerabilities and risk when apps are being created.Conduct
meetings to communicate the findings and implications, setting
realistic timescales for remediation The duties listed above are

classification. The essential functions of individual positions
within the classification may differ. Texas Capital Bank may assign
reasonably related additional duties to individual employees
consistent with standard departmental policy. RequiredBS in
Computer Science (or 3-5 years relevant work experience in a
large-scale IT environment) 3-5 years experience and knowledge in
conducting web application ethical hacking assessments, including
Manual Ethical Hacking.1-3 years experience in software development
and/or programming/debugging skills with proficiency in one or more
of the following: Java, JavaScript, HTML, XML, PHP, ASP.NET, AJAX,
JSON, Objective-C. 1-3 years of experience in network and Web
related protocols/technologies (e.g. UNIX/LINUX, TCP/IP, Cookies)
Preferred Experience:3-5 years experience in several of the
following areas: general information security; security
engineering; application architecture; authentication and security
protocols; applications session management; applied cryptography;
common communication protocols; mobile frameworks; single sign-on
technologies; exploit automation platforms; RESTful web services1-3
years experience and knowledge of penetration testing on mobile
platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows and RIM.
