The Opportunity - We are currently seeking a Managing Director to join our Value and Risk Advisory team . Our Value and Risk Advisory platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified commercial real estate appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate , reliable and prompt valuations. We provide sound advice, no matter the size of a property,complexity of a project, or industry focus. Our professionals offer a full range of expertise , including counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, financial reporting, dispute resolutions and equity offerings. - The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses. - Responsibilities Include: -

• Responsible for the national growth of respective practice; drive national work and own key national/global client relationships
• Maintain strategic plan for sector -
• Responsible for originating 30% of work for national team, at minimum, with focus on driving key client accounts
• Identify annual list of top 20 clients for sector; running specific key client accounts and assigning responsibility for balance
  • Maintain strong relationships across JLL business lines
  • Maintain roster of team leads and team members for respective sector, inclusive of licensing coverage -
  • Own deliverable products and responsibility for ensuring they maintain current and efficient
  • Drive national presence by being actively involved in the CRE community
  • Represent JLL brand: exuding optimism, intelligence and collaboration. "Carry flag" for JLL within your home office, representing the JLL VA platform
    • Exemplify JLL best practices and hold team accountable to process
    • Only inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business
    • Provide solutions
    • Partner with national leaders to drive the overall growth of the U.S. Practice
    • Regularly attend leadership loop: accountable for disseminating messaging to regional and MSA team leads
      • Responsible for managing account receivables on work personally originated, in addition to the sector
      • Partner with VAST member(s) to properly leverage support, set annual utilization goals, and ensure compliance across respective sector Education Requirements: -
        • Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset , including people management and business development
          • Master Argus competency (for team members of the national institutional team )
          • MAI designation preferred Skillset Requirements:
            • Successfully master all Executive Director skillset requirements -
              • Have identified sector focus with approval from head of Valuation Advisory, Americas
              • Mastery of the most complex concepts and assignments within sector
              • Full competency and/or advanced competency at business development skills Licensing Requirements :
                • State certified general appraiser license
                • Maintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits when required
                • Minimum 6 years of holding CG license
                • Sign reports Management Scope: -
                  • Recruiting and training team members. Minimal participation in hiring entry-level team members
