Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team an Entry Level Manager. The Entry Level Manager will assist our community outreach team, which helps us run campaigns for our charitable partners, oversee and manage various events. We work with everyone from up-and-coming startups to national-level non-profits, helping them achieve their marketing goals and community initiatives. Your job would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries. -Responsibilities of our Entry Level Manager:

Work side by side with our Executive Managers to learn our company's strategies and values and how they align with the non-profits that we proudly representApply what you learn to various projects that are presented to you by the management team with a keen focus on marketing strategy, community outreach, and increasing market exposureTake the initiative to familiarize yourself with our clients and communicate with them professionally when neededAttend all meetings and educational webinars that will supply you with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the ever-evolving market landscapeComplete all tasks and duties assigned to you by the Executive Managers in an effective and timely mannerEnthusiastically acquire business and management skills and knowledge through all resources to continually update your proficiency in the field -Qualifications and Desired Skills:

Good command over spoken and written communicationPunctuality and professionalism at all timesEager and willing to add to your knowledge baseFlexibility- being able to adapt to changing work conditionsWorking well with colleagues - collaborating effectivelyMotivated to take on new challengesBeing able to work through obstacles and adapt accordingly and efficientlyRecognizing the company's values and placing them foremost in your priorities -#LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHR
