The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our audit process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to the organization. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about finance and audit management.Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the audit process, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, and SOX.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide strategic guidance to the organization, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement audit policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to the organization's audit process.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or audit management.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SOX.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
