We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at a rapidly growing manufacturing facility near Dallas.Relocation package is available.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the overall goals and objectives of the facilityLead the recruiting and hiring process, including developing job descriptions, identifying candidate sources, conducting interviews, and making job offersDevelop and oversee employee training and development programsManage the performance management process, including setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and managing disciplinary actionsDevelop and manage the employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay and benefitsMaintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulationsFoster a positive and productive work environment by promoting employee engagement, open communication, and teamwork.Requirements/Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field8+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership roleExperience in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsDemonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing employeesCertification in Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CHRP) preferred.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization.
