As our Director of People Strategist, you'll play a critical role in enabling patient safety through pharmacy perfection. What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement talent management initiatives that align with our business strategy.
  • Provide valuable workforce insights to identify opportunities for high performance and address potential obstacles.
  • Facilitate organizational decisions with a deep understanding of interdependencies across functions and stakeholders.
  • Fearlessly provide feedback and guidance to foster a supportive and collaborative culture.
  • Guide organizational design that drives growth, cost reduction, and overall organizational health.
  • Coach and develop executive and senior management teams to optimize performance and confidently manage talent.
  • Drive change initiatives focused on culture, leadership, and management transformation.
  • Partner with leaders to develop creative solutions for workforce planning and organizational design challenges.
  • Utilize data and analytics to develop insights, make informed decisions, and measure the impact of initiatives.
  • Support senior leaders in strategic decision-making through research, benchmarking, and innovative methods.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's Degree AND/OR 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, total rewards, senior business partnership, or leading functional areas within HR.
      • 5+ years of experience in a strategic, business-focused Human Resources, Operations, or Management Consulting position, preferably in high-growth, transformational, and matrixed organizations.
      • Proven experience in identifying and driving people solutions aligned with business strategy and collaborating across HR and other organizational functions.
      • Demonstrated ability to influence executives and other business leaders individually and collectively.
