The Manager of Clinical Operations supervises and coordinates
activities of nursing personnel while promoting and addressing
callers' needs and health concerns by developing day-to-day
management and long-term planning of the Telehealth Service line;
directing and developing staff; collaborating with physicians and
multidisciplinary professional staffs; providing psychological
support for patients, friends, and families. -Managing Telehealth
Service Nurses and Agents toward meeting contractual service
obligations. -Supervisor will maintain service line compliance with
regulatory and professional standards, identifying staff
development and training needs, and serves as a liaison between
staff and other areas within the organization. -
The Manager provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude
of established company policies. Recommends changes to policies and
establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
-Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or
data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an
understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and
operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for
obtaining solutions. Acts as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet
schedules and/or resolve technical problems. Develops and
administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget
responsibilities. Frequently interacts with subordinate
supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers,
normally involving matters between functional areas, other company
divisions or units, or customers and the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualification:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York,
Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York,
Rhode Island or Washington residents is $85,000 to $167,300 per
year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to
education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a
