About the Role

We are looking for a Vice President Product Management to create the technical vision and lead the next-generation end-to-end platform delivery for our Advisory business. We want a leader with a passion to innovate, an entrepreneur who likes working backward from customer needs and tackling complex ambiguous problems. This is a critical role with substantial scope, complexity, and executive visibility, and has a large opportunity for impact. This role works with the global executive leadership team for our Advisory business as well as their direct and matrix teams within Digital & Technology to set strategy and manage digital and technology products across the globe. This role is responsible for growing and managing a team of Product Managers who deliver and support products in a fast-paced dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mind-set.

You will create and drive technology strategy, execution, and management of our next-generation integrated platform, which includes products covering all aspects of workflow globally from account transition all the way through to customer care - being equally comfortable leading product delivery through both internal and external technologies and teams. In this role, you will ensure that our technology works together seamlessly, demonstrating data to realize client experiences and efficient operations, that our money is spent wisely, and that we operate in a coordinated way in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global product delivery for this new platform, which will enable executive leaders and end users (CBRE & partner groups) in our Advisory business.
  • Create and lead complex technology-making initiatives real, end-to-end, with a cross-organization virtual team; being highly collaborative and confident in driving from conception to global execution to support a global strategy.
  • Build capability roadmaps and constantly explore what is possible with evolving digital tools as a leader with a vision within the business community.
  • Develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, sustainable, and scalable.
  • Document business scenarios, customer journeys, and expected outcomes - mapped to requisite capabilities from technology vendors/solutions.
  • Partner and collaborate with various collaborators to define, test, validate, and implement new features and ideas that delight the customer experience efficiently.
  • Serve as an internal champion for marketing technology initiatives. Help marketers and digital product managers adopt standard methodologies and available customer insights.
  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with a complex set of cross-functional collaborators across business segments peers and leadership.
  • What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Product Management, Information Systems, Design, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, digital product leadership or management of technology delivery (e.g. Product Management, Design, Research or overall accountability for product development and delivery)
  • Prior experience commercial real estate delivering CMMS products will be a big plus
  • Previous experience with the delivery of relevant digital products supporting internal and external customers, preferably in a global context.
  • Proven experience managing technology products with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes
  • Capable of analyzing complex data sets and delivering actionable business recommendations
  • First-hand Design Thinking knowledge and background demonstrating third party best in class tools where needed across the ecosystem
  • Ability to run and support a strong prioritization process that creates clarity for collaborators on what will happen, and what will not happen
  • Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to articulate and evangelize a strategy at every level of the organization
