About the role

The purpose of this position is to lead individual, multi-disciplined real estate project solutions for clients, with direct accountability for project delivery.

--- Working within an established program for a single client, manage small to high scale capital improvement projects related to branch renovations and smaller scale one-of projects, for the client's national portfolio of buildings.

--- Develop and maintain positive relationships with local leadership and contractors.

--- Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with client's company standards.

--- Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency project requests.

--- Manage internal and external relationships supporting the client's Centralized Facilities Management program.

--- Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.

--- Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the members of the organizations served.

--- Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short-term gaps necessary to meet long-term goals.

What you'll need

--- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

--- 3+ years of Project Management experience.

--- Microsoft Project software experience preferred.

--- Effective oral and written communication skills.

--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

--- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.
