    4 years of Workday product experience

    Business Administration/Management, Finance, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science

    Certification(s) Preferred:

    Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Workday Core Financials , Core HCM , Supply Chain Management and/or engagement manager certification

    Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Demonstrates extensive-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

    • Implementing and configuring Workday Supply Chain Management modules, including procurement, inventory, and supplier management;
    • Analyz ing business processes and requirements to develop effective Workday solutions ;
    • Provid ing advice and support ing on Workday SCM functionalities and best practices ;
    • Collaborat ing with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Workday SCM with other systems ;
    • Support ing clients with the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into Workday ;

      • Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users ;
      • Manag ing and execut ing project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes ;
      • Troubleshoot ing and resolving any issues related to Workday SCM implementations ;
      • Preparing concise, polished deliverables, collaborating across teams as needed;
      • Providing recommendations based on leading practices and relevant industry Supply Chain experience ;
      • Managing touchpoints with related Workday functional modules ;
      • Identifying and addressing client needs while building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials;
      • Participat ing and leads client discussions and meetings;
      • Managing engagements or dedicated workstreams, including preparing concise, accurate documents and maintaining project economics while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
      • Supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation;
      • Answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff; and,
      • Coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
