About the Role :

As a CBRE Sr. Process Improvement Consultant (Business Title: Process Improvement Program Manager for asset management and lifecycle programs), you will drive the improvements of basic programs to help measure and improve site team training and procedures, establish asset management standard processes and methodology for life expectancy as well as manage lifecycle forecasting models across a global portfolio.

This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States. The ideal candidate will need to have strong foundational experience in Process Improvement, Program Management or Project Management and experience building out ground-up technical projects or programs from concept to execution.

What You'll Do :

Contribute to the development of dashboard reports or presentations.

Build, maintain and improve as vital all program documentation related to the asset management and life cycle programs (warranty, manufacturer obsolescence, product recall and bulletins, manual library, and inspection and quality control programs)

Assist with the development and management of training programs in three key areas; Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.

Partner with Regional Facility Managers to establish performance objectives for staff and track that progress.

Identify subject matter experts to develop content and design education exercises.

Review data and interpretation of CMMS Work Order reports to find opportunities for new programs and improvements in current programs.

Generate variance reports from Asset Performance to communicate performance at various client sites.

Benchmark WO performance data to support vendor scorecard reviews with vendor managers and procurement teams.

Propose lifecycle initiatives, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, technical feasibility, and facility integration.

Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Apply expertise of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish sophisticated assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Craft and maintain project/program-specific cost models to manage compliance and reliability; use cost model data to publish detailed and high-level reports on a regular basis and present these reports to the Client.

Align cost models with collaborator and corporate/client goals; provide mentorship and direction to achieve cost goals with scope/schedule. Leads asset cost models and forecasting standards at both the project level or regional level.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred with 3-5 years of significant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and exciting performance and retention is helpful.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a fresh opinion on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly sophisticated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Process Improvement Program Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Process Improvement Program Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
