What you'll need
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will
be considered. Must have an appropriate license and/or
certification where required by law.
Experience and working knowledge of healthcare regulatory
compliance, ISO, federal, state, and local regulations.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and
difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle
problems.
Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency,
and effectiveness of the job subject area and department.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include
Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive
approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine
compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and
experience. The minimum salary for the Quality& Compliance Manager
position is $136,000 annually and the maximum salary for the
Quality & Compliance Manager position is $146,000 annually. The
compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their
skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will
also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's
applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following
benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life
insurance, and Vision insurance. The application window is
