Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pmEmployment Logistics:The Senior Director
of Planning & Analytics will support our operations team,
supervising all matters pertaining to operational staffing
functions. This entails ensuring strategic alignment and economic
stability throughout the organization while developing new
technology, planning and reporting tools. This position aims to
optimize shareholder value by emphasizing operational excellence
and financial efficiency as we optimize our staffing

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience in related field
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI

- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our operational
departments (Branch, Hub, Customer Service), collaborating closely
with operational leaders to drive financial performance and
efficiency across the various labor teams.
- Develop and implement staffing strategies, policies, and
procedures to support operational objectives and optimize resource
allocation.
- Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting process for hourly
labor, working closely with department heads to develop realistic
and actionable strategic plans.
- Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics,
providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and
mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the
Operations Support function, identifying opportunities to
streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Manage labor planning reporting and analysis for operational
activities, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc
reporting as required.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to support
strategic initiatives and business growth, collaborating with
stakeholders across the organization.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to
enhance team capabilities and performance within the operations
team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging
technologies in finance and operations, applying knowledge to drive
innovation and improvement initiatives.Paving your way to your
