This entails ensuring strategic alignment and economic stability throughout the organization while developing new technology, planning and reporting tools.   • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of experience in related field
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and Power BI

    • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our operational departments (Branch, Hub, Customer Service), collaborating closely with operational leaders to drive financial performance and efficiency across the various labor teams.
    • Develop and implement staffing strategies, policies, and procedures to support operational objectives and optimize resource allocation.
    • Direct the annual budgeting and forecasting process for hourly labor, working closely with department heads to develop realistic and actionable strategic plans.
    • Monitor and analyze key financial and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and mitigate risks.
    • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the Operations Support function, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
    • Manage labor planning reporting and analysis for operational activities, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting as required.
    • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to support strategic initiatives and business growth, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
    • Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance within the operations team.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and operations, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement initiatives.Paving your way to your success:
