Build strong relationships with local physicians, referral sources, and the community. Evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Stay up to date on industry advancements and foster professional development among staff.What Were Looking For: Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Texas (or ability to obtain licensure). 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Previous leadership, management, or mentorship experience is a plus! Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.
