Job Description:
If you are detail oriented and enjoy managing projects from
order entry to organizing the shipment of the final product that
will be install on the project site, while working with different
departments to make sure we are keeping track of the customer
request date, we have a role for you!The role of the Project
manager is to take accountability and responsibility for the
complete delivery of an entire Project in terms of schedule, budget
and quality specifications. Prime tasks include estimating,
planning, coordinating, upholding policies and procedures, carrying
out general administration, liaison with co-lateral and external
organizations to meet financial targets and schedules set for
Project. This is an all-encompassing role within the High Security
structure for the planning, monitoring, execution and signoff for
Projects.Responsibilities
- The individual responsible for delivering the Project.
- Responsible for creating estimates for the projects, and
submitting those to the sales member making sure the estimates it
contains up to date material cost, labor cost, etc.
- Responsible for planning, execution and final sign-off of
Project within budget, time and quality specifications
- Prime tasks carry out general administration, liaison with
collateral and external organizations to meet financial targets and
schedules set for Project.
- Oversees the coordination of activities necessary for
successful implementation.
- Coordinate with other departments, to ensure the completion of
the Project is on track and will support with problem solving
matters on a day-to-day basis.
- Develops and maintains a Project plan, manages the progress of
the plan, assesses the impact of schedule variations;
- Follow up of the Project progress and implementation of
corrective measures in order to get back on track.
- Design, implement and manage the mechanisms to monitor, manage
and control the Project delivery.
- Review scope and Project documents in close collaboration with
Operation Manager/Account Managers & Eng. Manager.
- Identify appropriate resources required for product
commissioning and training if needed.
- Facilitate resolution of any open action items identified
throughout Project implementation.
- Reporting
- Ongoing Project reports for reviewing by Sales manager, GM,
Finance director and Operation manager.
- Both ad-hoc and structured monthly progress and cost analysis
reports.
- Represents organization when dealing with contractors, and
customers.
- Acts as a mediator at a Project impasse.
- Has authority to take action on high level Project issues,
accountable for such actions.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance in terms of local legislation
in different counties and/or States. (if applicable)
- Provide necessary documentation to subcontractors detailing
their role in completing the scope of works where necessary.
- Ensure that all agreements agreed and signed off with the
Client.
- With close collaboration of the finance, ensure all financial
responsibilities towards 3rd party suppliers are honored.
- Responsible for final sign-off and final accounts on Project
completion

to 10%) Skills and experience
- Project Management Professional certification (PMP) strongly
preferred.
- Ability to cost load scheduling functions and coordinate for
monthly billing.
- Knowledge of administration, management, road construction
materials and tools.
- Knowledge of public safety and security issues and
regulations.
- Excellent mathematical skills, including application and use in
problem solving.
- Ability to coordinate own and others' actions, manage own time
and manage personnel resources.
- Strong understanding and expression of written and verbal
English
- Bachelor's in project management, Civil Engineering or
equivalent degree a plus
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in MS Office, Project and Excel in particular.
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience large construction

Compensation details: 70000-80000 Yearly Salary
