This role oversees sponsorship activation, packaging and pricing, and inventory fulfillment specific to sponsorships while collaborating across departments.Core Focus

  • Monetization strategies and sponsorship management.Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee the development and execution of sponsorship packages, ensuring they meet diverse client objectives and deliver measurable ROI by leveraging platform capabilities.
    • Manage integration of multimedia rights, ticketing, merchandise and sponsored NIL activations for schools.
    • Work closely with the data analytics group to use data insights for pricing and packaging decisions.
    • Collaborate with Client Services to operationalize sponsorship and monetization strategies effectively.
    • Identify new revenue opportunities, such as featured event pages, dynamic ad placements and tiered sponsorships
    • Ensure sponsorship and asset packaging aligns with both school and sponsor objectives, maximizing ROI and driving engagement.Required Qualifications
      • 10+ years of experience in revenue generation, sponsorships, or digital monetization roles.
      • Strong understanding of sponsorship packaging, pricing, and inventory management.
      • Proven track record of developing and implementing monetization strategies.
      • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple departments.
      • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize revenue opportunities.
      • Background in sports technology or digital platforms preferred.Key Outcomes
