    The Field Marketing Director will own the Americas marketing strategy, planning, execution and evaluation of integrated programs to achieve the regions annual operating plan. We are looking for a driven and analytics-focused professional who is passionate about developing, innovating, and implementing effective B2B marketing campaigns that will generate qualified leads and drive sales pipeline to support our business growth goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Work very closely with North America VP & AVPs to develop a plan that meets the regions annual operating plan
    • Manage key stakeholders to understand the desired outcome from marketing activities and manage execution accordingly
    • Plan and build content, localization of email marketing program targeting at key accounts, top verticals and nurture prospects
    • Plan and execute marketing programs such as digital marketing, social marketing, channel marketing, events and 3rd party conferences
    • Drive account-based marketing strategies within major accounts
    • Work closely with Channel Manager to plan and build marketing programs for and with Channel partners
    • Manage lead flows from marketing qualified through to opportunity pipeline
    • Create and deliver regular consolidated reports on marketing results for North America management
    • Establish and manage regional budget, track and evaluate results and generate learnings for improvement.
    • As a team lead, work together and lead the Americas field marketing and sales development teams
    • Travel across region required- 1-2 times quarterly



      Qualifications

      • Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business or Communication
      • 8+ years experience in B2B IT, Security or SaaS industry
      • Expertise across a wide spectrum of demand generation techniques
      • Management experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
      • Highly motivated, flexible, results-drive and analytical individual with a positive attitude
      • Experience in business development, sales development or lead development desired
