compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations pertaining to employee
code of ethics. Executes analysis for medium-sized projects.
Documents requirements and creates specifications and makes design
recommendations for medium-sized projects.
Works with business partners and technology partners to
identify, review, define, interpret, and clarify scope of work in
terms of business and/or system requirements and processes.
Contributes to the analysis strategy for technology projects
culminating in the creation of documentation to support project

Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer

field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three
(3) years of experience developing risk and compliance
functionalities supporting FINRA, SEC, and MSRB regulations and
managing development processes through Agile ceremonies.
Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management,
Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics,
or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience in the
job offered or one (1) year of experience developing risk and
compliance functionalities supporting FINRA, SEC, and MSRB
regulations and managing development processes through Agile
Skills and Knowledge:
Candidate must also possess:
Demonstrated Expertise (DE) analyzing, designing, enhancing,
configuring, and implementing enterprise ethics and compliance
subject workflows, using Activiti BPMN 5.0 workflow tools on
production (HA / DR) AIX/Linux servers.
DE identifying, verifying, and documenting requirements --
business, functional, and technical, including SEC and FINRA -- to
support the development of complex workflow applications and
business processes for enterprise ethics and compliance, including
registration and licensing applications.
DE reinforcing Agile practices, norms, and ceremonies, using
SAFe, Scrum@Scale, Scrum, and Kanban; and supporting overall team
performance and efficiency by coordinating logistics for Agile
ceremonies and practices, including backlog maintenance, sprint
planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
DE monitoring, evaluating, and updating team's progress against
acceptance criteria, using JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence; work
with business and technology partners to ensure integration and
coordination of development and delivery strategies to ensure
continuous communication with stakeholders, using Zoom, Microsoft
Teams, and Mural.
