Job Description:
Evaluates and implements third party software products
including, open source and Cloud-based products from vendors --
Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft, or Google. Leverages Scrum,
including backlog development, iteration planning, and iteration
tracking within the Agile development cycle. Builds applications,
using Cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, and Azure) and services
(AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, EMR, and Cloud Formation). Primary Responsibilities: Identifies, assesses, and presents technologies and trends to
inform business stakeholders. Prepares high-value proof-of-concepts to propose future state
architecture. Synthesizes information sources and drives target architecture
for solutions in Advance Process Solutions (APS). Develops prototypes and spearheads solutions using a Minimum
Viable Product (MVP) iterative approach. Guides business units in their understanding of opportunities to
apply new technologies. Analyzes user needs and software requirements to determine
design feasibility. Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for analysis of system
capabilities and requirements. Designs, develops, and modifies software systems, using
scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure
outcome and consequences of design. Develops and directs software system testing and validation
procedures, programming, and documentation. Coordinates software system installation and monitors equipment
functioning to ensure specifications are met. Develops testing routines and procedures. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years
of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience
designing, developing, and architecting enterprise applications in
the financial services and banking domains. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered
or four (4) years of experience designing, developing, and
architecting enterprise applications in the financial services and
banking domains. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) providing the architectural
direction for computer software, hardware systems, and
integrations, using TOGAF, Microservices, and Azure DevOps;
designing software application integrations and Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) strategies, and establishing middleware
technologies, using Apigee Edge, IBM App Connect Enterprise, IBM
Websphere ESB, RESTful APIs, Java, and Maven. DE creating and maintaining architectural development models and
patterns, Agile iterations, Test Driven Development (TDD)
practices, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
automation, using Moq, OWASP vulnerability mitigation, Zed Attack
Proxy (ZAP) scans, and Azure DevOps; implementing business
strategies and operating models; and performing gap analysis
techniques to create long-term technical strategy, using Microsoft
and Azure based toolsets. DE developing guiding principles to support business priorities,
reference architectures, technology landscapes, and best practices,
using Orbus software and Microsoft Visio; establishing and
maintaining resilient, reusable, and standardized data platforms by
providing architectural direction; and developing plans to migrate
non-standard solutions and manage exceptions. DE designing, prototyping, and implementing enterprise portals
based on Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), using Kentico CMS,
Model-View-Controller Architecture, ASP.NET MVC, Webforms, and ASCX
controls; leading the technical change and transformation of
payment platforms, using SOLID, IoC, SOAP, and REST API principles,
and AAA pattern; and designing, prototyping, and implementing
complex, highly available system services and OLTP systems, using
OOAD principles, C#, IIS, NuGet packages, Resharper, Dynatrace, and
